Change

If we perform our tasks the same way, day in day out and year in year out, undoubtedly we will become very efficient. We have become routinized and we will likely get the same results. However, we will be trapped in the routine lockup. Hence, we need to change after we have reached the peak. We have to look for other opportunities and other ways of performing our tasks. Just like in the "Who Moved My Cheese" story, we need to always look for new opportunities as the present "cheese" will one day disappear because someone will move it somewhere or the resources dry up.
