Dont ignore feedback

We tend to be selective on the type of feedback that we receive. We would love to hear positive feedback and at times feel flattered. However, it is very important to consider negative feedback regardless whether those who give the feedback are our friends or our enemies. The feedback that we receive is to help us improve. The rule is, if one person say something about us, it is may be for us to take note. But if two, three and even more people give the same feedback about us, we need to seriously consider the feedback and take the necessary action to improve.
